These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HealthyfyX website and services (the "Platform"), operated to help patients discover verified doctors, accredited hospitals, and treatment information across Bangalore. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
What HealthyfyX is — and isn't
HealthyfyX is an information and referral platform. We help you find doctors and hospitals, share transparent cost estimates, and coordinate appointments and callbacks on your behalf. We do not employ the doctors listed on the Platform, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment ourselves.
Nothing on this Platform should be treated as a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified doctor for diagnosis and treatment decisions, including in emergencies, where you should contact emergency services directly.
Using the Platform
- You must provide accurate contact and medical information when submitting a form, so our care team can assist you properly
- You agree not to misuse the Platform, including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping content without permission
- Appointment requests and callback requests are coordinated in good faith, but timing is subject to doctor and hospital availability
- Content on this Platform — including text, logos, and design — belongs to HealthyfyX or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission
Costs and estimates
Treatment cost ranges shown on the Platform are indicative estimates provided for planning purposes. Final costs are determined by the treating hospital and may vary based on your specific condition, chosen room category, and any complications during treatment.
Third-party hospitals and insurers
HealthyfyX works with independent, third-party hospitals and insurance partners. While we vet these partners for accreditation and credentials, each hospital and insurer is separately responsible for the care and coverage they provide. Any dispute regarding treatment or claims should first be raised with the relevant hospital or insurer, with our care team available to assist.
Limitation of liability
HealthyfyX is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes of medical treatment received through partner hospitals, delays in appointment scheduling, or inaccuracies in third-party information, though we work to keep listings accurate and up to date.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
